Our staff

Our team is formed by 70% of our staff is Achuar, most of them at the lodge. The Achuar have higher a professional team specialized in tourism that is working now at the headquarters office in Quito and Shell.

The NAE (Achuar Nation of Ecuador) elected 5 Achuar members that are studding and completing a high specialized training in Ecotourism, this team will be in charge of taking over the management of the operations of the lodge in the next couple of years.
